Terms and Conditions
Check in
Normal Check-in after 4pm. Please let us know in advance if you arrive after 8pm (we have to organize someone to let you in).
Early check in
An earlier check in is possible from 8am - subject to availability.
Please contact us two days before your arrival. The additional fees are 60 euros.
Cleaning
It is possible during you holidays to have the house cleaned and the bed linen changed for 8 euros an hour.
Final cleaning
Final cleaning is obligatory fore a price of 60 Euro, after two weeks 120 Euro, with pets 100 Euro after two weeks 160 Euro.
Cancellation by landlord
If the rental property Casa Figueirinha can not be rented at short notice for unreasonable reasons, the amount paid will of course be refunded.
Additional
There can be strong winds in this region please be careful with outdoor bbq as there is a great risk of fire.
Check out
11am
Late check out
A late check out until 5pm is possible upon availability (price 60 Euro). If you would like to check out after 5pm please contact us to book an additional night at your house (upon availability).
Laundry
If you would like to have your laundry washed externally, we will be happy to organize this for you.
Night rest and consideration of local residents
Please treat the local residents with respect and ensure a good night's sleep.
Property damage
Each tenant of the accommodation Casa Figueirinha is responsible for their own insurance abroad. Missing or broken items as well as damages to the house will be deducted from the deposit after the stay and or charged.

Baby bed/chairs
Baby beds and highchairs are available for free. Please let us know in the registration.
Pets
A dog bed is available. Please let us know in the registration. If damage is caused by the animal, we must charge it.
Deposit
200 euro
Payment
As soon as we receive the payment the reservation is confirmed. Otherwise, the accommodation is still available.
Cancellation
Reservations can be cancelled free of charge up to 90 days before the first day of your stay. If cancelled after that, the following refund rules apply:

50% if cancelled more than 60 days prior to the check-in date

25% if cancelled more than 30 days prior to the check-in date
​
0% if cancelled less than 30 days prior to the check-in date
​
The cleaning fee will always be refunded.

Cancellations in case of illness or death can be made with a confirmation document until the start of the rental.
